Evolution and Personal Folders

Moving your personal folder file to a new partition:

 Open you home directory and press CTRL + H

Look for the ".evolution" folder and cut it.

Navigate to the partition and location where you want your personal folder and paste it there. 

Right click on the .evolution folder and select "Make Link"

Cut this link and paste it back in your home folder.

Rename this link to ".evolution" ; the name should be the same as the folder's name you cut in step 3.

Ensure that Evolution is closed before starting this procedure.
